For marketing teams

Prove AI search moves pipeline, not rank

Your traffic is flat and your demos are up, or the other way round, and nobody can say why. ZeroRank ties what assistants say about you to the sessions they send and the deals that follow.

Free report in 30 seconds. Unlimited seats on every plan, so the whole team can look.

The three questions you cannot answer yet

All three come up in the same meeting, usually the one where the budget is decided.

01

"Are we showing up in ChatGPT?"

The CMO, in the meeting where budget is decided

The answer

A number, daily, per model and per market — and the actual answer text behind it, so the claim survives the follow-up question.

02

"Is any of this worth the headcount?"

Finance, once a quarter, in writing

The answer

A funnel from seen in AI answers to visited from AI to converted, with Google Analytics connected and the measurement limits stated out loud.

03

"Why did the number move?"

Whoever opened the dashboard first that morning

The answer

Alerts when you lose a prompt or win a citation, and your own launches pinned to the timeline so a jump has an explanation attached to it.

A marketing team's week

From a Monday number to a brief the content team can start

The point of the dashboard is what it puts on someone's desk.

  • Monday: four numbers, per model

Visibility, share of voice, average position and sentiment — compared with the rivals you name, not a generic index.

  • Tuesday: the gaps, with a reason

The prompts where a rival is cited and you are not, each filed as a crawl, passage, citation or framing problem.

  • Wednesday: a brief, not a ticket

Pick the gap and ZeroRank writes the brief from the pages AI already cites for it, then a full draft in your workspace's language.

  • Thursday: publish where you already work

Push the approved draft to WordPress, Webflow, Contentful or Sanity. No copy-pasting between tabs, no second review queue.

  • Friday: the same prompt, re-run

Before and after, side by side, with the day you shipped marked. That slide is the one that renews the budget.

  • Any day: it tells you first

A workflow watches every tracked prompt and posts the drop to Slack with the sources that replaced you, before the weekly meeting finds it.

Reporting up

Numbers that survive a board meeting

Every figure traces back to an answer with a date, a model and its sources. Nothing is modelled from a proxy, and where there is no reliable measurement you get a dash instead of a guess.

01Shareable dashboards

Send a live link, pinned to a language, with the sections you choose. Recipients need no seat and see no other workspace.

02Emailed on a schedule

Daily, weekly or monthly, from your own mailbox once SMTP is connected, with your logo and accent colour.

03Or into your BI stack

The REST API is on every paid plan, so AI visibility lands next to the rest of your reporting rather than in another tab.

The dashboard

Every number above, on one screen

Visibility per model, the brands you are measured against and the sources the answers actually cite — the view the Monday meeting runs on.

  • Four numbers per model, updated daily
  • The rivals you name, ranked beside you
  • Every citation traced back to a live URL

Monday morning

From a number to a brief the team can start

Four numbers on Monday is the easy part. These are the pieces that turn them into work someone can pick up on Wednesday.

Not rank. Share of the answers buyers actually get, on the prompts you chose, with the run behind every point on the line.

How does ZeroRank know what AI says about my brand?

We run your prompts against the live models every day and read the answers back — the text, the sources cited, and the tone. Nothing is inferred from search rankings or modelled from proxies.

Isn't this just SEO with a new name?

No. Traditional SEO optimizes for a list of links. AI search returns a shortlist and a reason, built from prompts, citations and sentiment. Different signals, different data model. We built for that from the start rather than adding a tab to a ranking tool.

Which AI platforms do you track?

ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Grok. New engines are added as they reach meaningful traffic, and your plan price doesn't change when they are.

What makes this different from the enterprise platforms?

Scope and price. The suites bolt AI visibility onto a legacy SEO product and charge per seat. ZeroRank does one job, and every plan has unlimited seats.

Can't I just ask ChatGPT myself?

You can, once. Answers shift with phrasing, session and day, so a single check tells you very little. We sample the same prompts repeatedly and show you the pattern.

How long before I see results?

You'll see where you stand in about 30 seconds. Moving the number takes longer — most teams earn their first new citations inside four to six weeks.

Can I use this for client work?

Yes. Unlimited seats means clients sit in the workspace at no extra cost, and reports export white-labelled.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Run a full report on your domain before you enter a card.
