At ZeroRank AI, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. We understand that sometimes a service may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the refund process as straightforward as possible.
2. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new users to explore our platform before committing to a paid subscription. During the trial, you have full access to evaluate whether ZeroRank AI meets your needs. No payment information is required during the trial period, and you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Within 14 days of purchase: You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not extensively used the service.
- Service unavailability: The service was unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end (pro-rated refund may apply).
- Billing errors: You were charged incorrectly or billed after cancellation.
- Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
- Renewal charges (you can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals)
- Partial month usage after the 14-day period
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with results (AI search rankings depend on many external factors)
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Provide your order/transaction ID if available
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
We may ask for additional information to process your request. Please be prepared to explain why you are requesting a refund so we can better assist you.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
- Bank transfers: May take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period after the 14-day refund window has passed.
8. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund policy applies from the date of purchase. If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day period, you will not receive a refund, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your annual billing period. We encourage users to try our monthly plan first if they are unsure about committing to an annual subscription.
9. Disputes
If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, please contact us to discuss your situation. We are committed to treating all customers fairly and will review your case thoroughly. If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
