What is an SPF record?

An SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record is a DNS TXT record that lists the mail servers authorized to send email on behalf of your domain. It helps prevent spammers from sending messages with forged from addresses.

How do I create an SPF record?

Add a TXT record to your DNS with a value like 'v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all'. Include all services that send email for your domain (e.g., Google Workspace, Mailchimp). Only one SPF record per domain is allowed.
