Is Flash still used on websites?

No. Adobe officially ended Flash support in December 2020, and all major browsers have removed Flash Player. Any remaining Flash content is inaccessible to users and should be replaced with HTML5, CSS3, or JavaScript.

Does Flash content hurt my SEO?
